It's best to steer clear of this centre if your children require changing facilities or toilets, as men are permitted to use the women's and girls' changing areas and restrooms. A woman was even banned from the leisure centre for raising concerns about this issue. It's an utterly unacceptable environment!
The dumbbells in the fitness class are terrible. I can't complete the class with them due to injuries caused by the handles. Other gym members feel the same way. I reported this to the staff, but they said management was informed and nothing will be done. A health and safety intervention is necessary to replace them.
Kids' swimming lessons at this location are frequently canceled with little notice, leaving parents frustrated after preparing their children. Managers claim there’s nothing they can do. A simple phone call to warn parents would have been helpful. Additionally, the family area cubicles are often cluttered with clothes since no action is taken to encourage locker use. The removal of the café is also disappointing.

Exercise caution with this gym! They renovated the facility, but essential equipment for beginners is missing. They mislead members about cancellation policies to avoid losing subscriptions. The cancellation process is also unnecessarily complicated. This has been my worst gym experience, and I urge others to consider alternatives with better facilities and staff.
Today was my first visit after the gym's refurbishment, and while it looks nicer, many useful machines have been removed.
