This is an update to my earlier review. They agreed to provide a full refund, but I must cover the return shipping to another country, which I accepted. However, when I asked for a specific address to send it to—since they listed two similar ones—they stopped responding multiple times, making it difficult for me to proceed. I cannot trust them.
