This is a follow-up to my earlier review. They promised a full refund, but I need to manage the return shipping to another country, which I accepted. However, after requesting a clear address to send it to—since they provided two similar ones—I faced delays in their responses, making it hard for me to proceed. I find it hard to trust them.
