My husband purchased a pre workout as it claimed to be "the best ever better than ABE ect" however rather deflated. Taste was ok, but didn't have any effect as he'd expect from such a product. He's been training for over 20 years, he's a body builder so has tried and tested many many pre workout products in thst time. He's quite a selection in the cupboard.
When contacting their customer service to advise of his findings and expressing his disappointment. The response was abusive, rude, swearing, being derogatory, stating basically tough!! Wow!!
I'd think twice about purchasing such a hyped product as does not do what it makes out. Save your money guys and gals!!
Staff are rude and very abusive when you contact them, shocked at the response, very unprofessional.... shame!!
Only hope they learn how to better deal with paying customers or unfortunately they wont last very long and certainly wont thrive!!
Your reply on email was inappropriate and agressive " I don't give a shit, crying like a man child, grumpy old man who used excessively overstimulating products, clearly not too happy with himself and was only due to diet why product wasn't effective" You should learn from your customers as they're your bread and butter, not get agressive and abusive!!
Show your sience in black and white, show your "clinically tested and proven" if that's the case!! Let's see the "facts"???
