Placed an order on the 27th of September. I haven't received any shipment information so I contacted the company on the 15th of November. Got back to me saying they are extremely busy and they will try to urge the warehouse to ship my order. Waited 5 days, still nothing so I emailed them again and they replied asking me to wait another few days. I think I was patient enough. I reported it to PayPal.
