+++ Customer Service+++ Response time to emails+++ Delivery / time to ship—————————I’m genuinely blown away and impressed by Johnny’s customer service | response/email turn around time | time to ship/delivery; see below for more detail 👇I recently purchased the Respawn Custom (Eno Cordova) hilt as my first hit and to scratch the itch from the Star Wars Jedi series.Needless to say I was thrilled when it shipped fast and arrived faster- it took less than 15 business days from when I placed the order to when it arrived at my door.Unfortunately my excitement was cut short - literally - when I was swapping out and installing the blade retention neck piece (due to the thread of the thin-neck slicing the wires).I got on the email to Johnny and team, and after some pictures to confirm the issue he let me know they would send out a replacement part and supply the tracking when done.A similar wait time and the part arrived and I was able to replace it nicely, and am absolutely stoked with the Saber.All the great things you hear about DWS in my experience have all been amazingly accurate and true. This is my testimony to that!When I’m ready to purchase another Saber I’ll definitely be shopping here first!
