Absolutely INSANE customer service, I’ve never experienced anything like it, 10/10. I’m a first time Xeno pixel saber buyer so I don’t really know what I’m doing. I had an issue right out of the box with my saber, so I send an email asking for troubleshooting advice. I was expecting just a pdf guide but I got Johnny’s personal number and he walked me through the whole thing! (Just a simple app setup error) Definitely made a recurring customer out of me.
