I've been a subscriber for over a year. I love their yarns and skirts and I've been happy to support their mission. However....In January a 5 pack of skirts didn't arrive. I had to escalate it to PayPal to get a replacement because they kept fobbing me offThey have banned me from their Facebook groups for discussing that their black Friday "sale" wasn't really a sale, because they had increased prices the day before. More people had realised of this, but they don't like any negative feedback. I know somebody who has also gone through something similar and she had been ghosted by the company. They can't tell me which rules I have broken to be banned and they can't reinstate me either. My subscription is useless if I can't access the Facebook group, to be honest. Very disappointing considering they are supposed to "start at love". It looks like they have more than enough customers and can afford to lose a few. I'm cancelling my subscription with all the sadness of my heart, but I don't like being used.
