I ordered a three-month subscription to their yarn of the month club, and Darn Good Yarn renewed the subscription at the end of the three-month subscription without my permission for two additional months before I realized it and cancelledI later found out that this was an honest mistake. I originally thought it was a dishonest attempt to squeeze more money out of me, but this company reached out to me and refunded the two months I paid for. I will say they responded quickly to make things right, which means they take their reputation seriously. I applaud Darn Good Yarn and I'm happy to order from them in the future.
