I was an instant super fan. Most comfortable socks in the world. Told all my friends about the comfort and forever warranty. Then I have a sock rip open. I go to use the warranty and you have to pay to ship the sock back. So I'm going to pay $15 bucks to ship back a sock to get the $20 sock warranty? This warranty is a LIE! You are saving $5 bucks. I feel so lied to. I get you need a way to verify people are telling the tough but my goodness have them submit photos/videos. If we have to pay 75% of the costs to ship it your warranty is no longer helping much.
