Wonderful socks, but I got charged £114 by FedEx for customs charges and Darn Tough were unable to resolve this. I bought the 4 pairs of socks from the UK website, paying UK delivery charges, as a Christmas present. In late Jan I then got issued with a charge for unpaid customs charges by Fedex. Despite having tried multiple times and ways to get this repealed since then (and to do Darn Tough uk justice, they attempted to help), it was impossible, so I have ended up paying £114 to FedEx’s debt recovery agency as they would not respond to my emails themselves. While this may be have been partly a FedEx issue, Darn Tough were not set up properly to prevent this issue. I recommend avoiding buying the socks directly from the website and find a UK retailer. The quality of the socks themselves is terrific.
