Had ordered a total of 5 pairs of shocks, and delivery came all wet-shocks with terrible packaging for the product. Asked for a new pair of socks and returned the one received earlier, now after a month today, still waiting for my socks to arrive. UK customer service is terrible I believe.. They keep on 'getting in touch with their team' for weeks.. Why do you exit if can not deliver and answer the consumers?
