I started on black friday like most people because of all the good deals. I've had some issues with the server being down and the panels not working as other people have said but that has since been resolved. The panels are working. They do have somewhat of a slower response but that is because they are so busy. If you're running a datacenter that has some enterprise companies there should be some type of SLA, which they have listed in the bottom of the site, I just haven't read it myself. Now with that being said I ran into some other issues with processing and they resolved it fairly quickly. I ended up speaking with their engineer finally and figured out they are a little understaffed for the amount of influx they have of customers. That's a good thing. They're working on the growing pains and for the prices we're paying yeah, they're allowed. I think if you give them some patience and enjoy the pricing the way it is before they "blow up" because I promise you, they're going to get larger. The servers are great and the pricing is super competitive. Be patient and enjoy the ride. 100% recommend, just have patience and I wouldn't put anything super critical enterprise unless you pay for the higher tier support. Goodluck out there!
