Be prepared to wait at least 24 to 48 hours for a reply to your email (no phone support) and as I have experienced, contacting them in the morning of a Friday, and getting a reply back on a Tuesday.Your problems are always worded and replied in a way that it is your inexperience as a trader (I have 15 years), and it was your fault.I was done when my stop in a trade I was in was hit, and other Brokers I use ( such as Interactive Brokers) where nowhwere near it. I emailed them, and they eventually replied, and said that their tick data was correct. So myself, a big broker and well known security data sites were wrong? Then I had to delete my credit card to avoid paying their ridiculous 1% transfer fee to withdraw my money. I phoned my bank, and they stressed they (my bank) were not recieving this 1%, but the company I was transferring the money from was. And their commision rate is not the best. There are much better.
