I ordered a set of glaze semi cured nails and they were great. Ordered several more packages and must have gotten a bad batch and NONE of them would stick. I applied them correctly and the same way as the first set, so I know it was something wrong with the batch I received. Contacted customer support and was told that someone would be in touch with me, but heard nothing. Wrote a negative review on their website and they told me that customer service would again get in touch. They never did and they did not post my review. I have since learned, DO NOT TRUST reviews on company websites. They hide the negative ones.
