OMG what a nightmare of an experience we have received from Dash Media Productions Ltd. We are looking at potentially initiating a Court case with them for breach of contract. They make excuses regularly, communication is very poor with their default line being;'I will pass this on, I will send this up to senior management and get you an update'! Nothing ever comes back and as a loyal customer of them for over 3 years we are ignored and not looked after. Their pricing structure changes from what is initially agreed and then you are informed that services will be turned off with demands made to pay by day end when no payments are due. This left us in fear that emails would be turned off so we have paid. This has been a regular experience of ours, costing us thousands and thousands of pounds to date and our own business reputation has suffered. Our experience with this company was very much one with lots of frustrations and heartache. Asked tasks were not done in a timely manner when they should have been, with no clear timeline and their service provided for us 'intermittent' emails. They sometimes worked and sometimes did not and when these issues were reported as affecting our business Dash Media Productions Ltd did not prioritise this for our company leaving our business suffering from our own deadlines. The stress has been unreal. Our experience with Dash Media Productions LTD show they do not care, have little compassion or any thought for their customers. We felt that they made us as a small business suffer under our contract with them.I have read lots of their reviews and all the one star reviews are spot on with our experiences around exactly what service and experience we have received. BEWARE!Edit 2: I cannot name my company as have been directed not to do so by our legal advisors at this time due to our intention of potentially initiating a Court case. It is not a weakness to be 'called out' on your business conduct and customer service values, it is a learning opportunity for change, development and putting wrongs right starting with honesty and integrity!
