EDITI've placed many orders in the past with dash without an issue. The last one without issue being in Dec. However, I recently place an order and they never recognized the payment. I emailed them about this issues and their response was delayed but they did get back to me. They said that their payment portal is down so all the transactions need to be processed manually. I don't believe it should have taken so long to get a response, but waiting too long is better than not getting your order. I did eventually get my package but I don't know if I would have if I didn't reach out.
