I am frustrated that this is the only way to get a response from the company, and the reply was not entirely accurate. I paid a significant amount for tracing, believing that was the purpose of my payment. However, after receiving the report, I was told by a manager that I would need to pay more to compile everything for my attorney. Six months later, I still have no updates; my calls go unanswered, and my emails bounce back. I notice many employees I initially dealt with are no longer with the company. While I am not asking for a refund for the first payment since I did receive a report, I would like a refund for the second payment as I received nothing in return.
