So far I’m enjoying the product and Cris has been excellent to work with on the phone. My only issue is I feel I didn’t understand the subscription rules. I purchased the Monthly plan thinking it was pay monthly…not a 12 month commitment. Cris and I discussed this and I gave my 30 day notice to cx because I only needed the product for a month. Thank you
