This seems to be an illegitimate company. I've received emails stating my membership has been canceled due to non-renewal and others. I have never interacted with this service. Upon checking, the emails are indeed from the company sending these misleading messages. Update: I am not and have never been a broker. I genuinely don't understand their operations, so I have no reason to sign up with an agent. I work in healthcare and always have.
