As Head of Sales of an online company and a person who purchases online a great deal, I can honestly say that dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences I have had.The key to great sales is communication, this appears to be something you guys have no idea how to achieve.I would have been happy to wait for the items, if told early that it was not in stock. After me emailing a number of times and being told that "I would get delivery soon" no time frame offered, after 17 day was told that it was out of stock.I will not be using this company for any purchases in the future. Would advice other shoppers to be aware Shocking service.
