I had a very good experience. After renting a year with David Astburys I would say that the agency is quite diligent in doing things by the book. Once we moved in, Safa, our property manager did a really good job. Always friendly and polite. In the very few occasions there was an issue at the property she was very responsive and resourceful to help us resolve in a timely manner. Overall I would recommend this agency.
