On the whole I have to say pretty good experience with David Astbury as a tenant over the last few years. Property management was generally a positive experience, although on some occasions it did feel like I had to do the chasing and legwork with issues rather than the other way around, hence only 4 stars. Wouldn't hesitate using them again, though and I would recommend to anyone looking to sign on the dotted line..
