I paid for the innate wellbeing course under the condition of the 30 day money back guarantee. I couldn’t access the course right way however when I completed the NLP $7 course I noticed the wellbeing course had unlocked. Made sense to me to get an understanding of NLP before I start the more advanced course. I didn’t like the innate wellbeing course and didn’t connect with the long videos I had to watch of David talking on zoom to past students. It felt very cheap and was not engaging knowing how old these zoom calls were. I asked for the refund before my next payment was taken out only to be told sorry you missed the refund date by 1 day. I am now in a back and forth with the company trying to get a refund. 1 day is such a cop out, considering the time difference. The staff are rude and condescending and I find the whole company to be a scam. Be warned it sounds like they are here for you but really once they get your money they don’t care if you like the course or not. They sent a cancellation email to me so I cancelled my future payments and now they claim they didn’t cancel my membership. They have my money and I don’t have access to the course. Total scam be careful.
