In-store, the representative was fantastic, genuinely interested in my preferences across various brands. He offered advice and registered my interests in a relaxed, knowledgeable manner (including some wonderful holiday suggestions!). After the holidays, when I mentioned another model, he was very quick to respond via text and provided useful advice on bracelet/strap options, encouraging me to visit and try them in person. I later dropped by without an appointment, and the representative welcomed me warmly, showed me the piece, and we completed the purchase smoothly. I also met two other team members who were very friendly. One of them took the lead in ensuring everything was properly sized, making the entire purchase feel thoughtful. The representative even gave me a small gift and showed me around the showroom, discussing some of the impressive display pieces, which was a lovely finishing touch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience as a young professional starting my timepiece collection and learning to navigate the world of fine watchmaking. Thank you once again to the team!
