it took me months to get my stuff together because I’m such a procrastinator and they were so helpful and so patient and would stay with me on the phone to make sure I got the completed documents needed. Helped me work through everything step-by-step and Sorna was amazing. I went homeless which caused a lot of debt no longer homeless but it caused me to do a consumer proposal which will help me get at a debt. I found very thankful for.
