I regret not researching them thoroughly. Now I’m stuck. As I looked deeper, I discovered numerous complaints about the product and many customers still waiting after a month or more. I was assured my order would arrive by the 17th, but I’ve received no updates, just the same automated reply. As a recent cancer survivor, this situation has added immense stress to my life. I was really hoping to have it as a special gift for Christmas, and now I’m just left feeling disappointed and in tears. The shipping company they use has poor reviews and informed me they haven’t even received my order yet. Once again, avoid making a purchase. And the representative I communicated with, despite her cheerful emails, left me feeling hopeless about receiving my order in time for the holidays. I encourage everyone to share their experiences on social media too. Their operations should not be ignored; if you see their posts, let others know the truth about how they conduct business.
