I had a very disappointing experience with DaVincis Gold. The quality of the product did not match the expectations that were created by their marketing. The finishing and overall craftsmanship felt below standard for the price being charged.
Customer service was also not helpful when I tried to raise my concern. It felt like once the purchase was completed, they were not interested in resolving issues or ensuring customer satisfaction.
Considering the price and reputation they try to project, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, my experience did not justify the cost, and I would not recommend DaVincis Gold based on this experience.
