Signed up for DAVO, they never filed any sales tax returns with Mississippi tax commission and never paid any of the $$$$ they set aside to pay my sales taxes. Be aware, they take the $$ before you can get them deposited in the bank, this resulted in over $500 in NSF fees at the bank and not to mention late Fees and Fines from the State Tax Commission. The only way I found out was the call from State Tax Commission. Some would say, "why didn't you know before the Tax Commission called you?" BECAUSE, that's what I was paying DAVO to handle so I didn't have to worry about it!
