Awful experience! I would never use again! Spring broke on garage door so booked engineer online to come out to fix. He assessed the repair and said we should expect a quote from the main office £525 they quoted which we immediately refused as ridiculously overpriced, which they immediately dropped to £425, which we refused again! We then had a follow up call less than 5 minutes later saying he would offer £325. How can you drop a price by £200 in the space of 5 minutes?! By this time we were very untrusting and disappointed with the change of quotes so said no to which he said he would send up the engineer for the call out fee of £25 and hung up. When booking it wasn’t obvious that we would have to pay this, which again we were unhappy about but reluctantly paid. Local garage door repairer offered free call out and much more reasonable quote.
