Generally I have had great experiences with customer service with daybreak until today. I don’t know who I can go to regarding this but I was inquiring why I didn’t get a CR skip! The rep informed me that it was only source marks and they haven’t given a free cr skip since January. I proceeded to send screen shots of the sale and that I was correct! Then he said you missed out and you will have to wait until January. There was no option to claim the cr skip and when I went to the purchase menu it was asking me for “market Place cash” so of course I wasn’t going to buy market place cash If I can get it for free! So I cancelled. The rep proceeded to call me a liar and that I never did such a thing otherwise I would of gotten it. I’ve been in customer service for 25 years and if I did that to a customer I would be fired! The name of the rep is DUNBAR.On top of it all I was inquiring why I didn’t get it and he just was not helpful what so ever.
