I have been wearing Daysoft lenses for about 20 years. I buy 6 months worth at a time Unfortunately I had quite a few issues with my last batch of lenses. I contacted Daysoft customer care via email and got a reply the same day from Claire. She arranged to send me a free months supply and said if I returned my remaining "dodgy" batch to them (via free post) they would send replacements. The free months supply arrived 3 days later, I returned my remaining lenses the same day and received the replacements 3 days after that. What amazing customer service from Daysoft.
