l am a regular customer with Daysoft.l got in touch with them to inform them that things are not improving:Unfortunately l can see that the company is visibly increasing the price of the contact lens from £8.32 in May 2024 (Box 32 lenses), £8.64 a box in Oct 2024, £ 8.96 in January 2025. They are increasing the price and cherry on the cake, the shipping is no longer free, disappointingly it is £1.99. How could this be possible? Hence time passes and Daysoft instead awarding fidelity customers, makes their customers spending more money, seriously? Does this mean Daysoft is looking to lose regular customers?Best wishes.
