After a long morning of travel, we arrived at the hotel we reserved on the app from 10am - 5pm to find that the hotel would not honor the reservation. They said that they were sold out and that Dayuse should have not be able to confirm a reservation for us. I received both a confirmation email from Dayuse and a follow up email asking for our arrival time. The hotel turned us away and said that third party reservations were often not correct and we should never use them. Tried to contact Dayuse customer service number. They hung up on me after a lengthy hold, so no resolution. Word to the wise, stay away from Dayuse if you need a reliable reservation.
