We ordered 3 fixtures and paid for expedited shipping. The order tracked on time. However when the order arrived , only 1 of the 3 fixtures arrived when the tracking said the entire order had been delivered. The 1 fixture that did arrive, was damaged, had no cord to plug in and no instruction manual. I then contacted the company via phone and email. It seems like these departments are not on the same page. What a nightmare to get them to refund me. As soon as I order from a company and something like this happens , I immediately do not want to deal with them. They sent me multiple emails after 3 days and still said they needed more info even though I had provided them pictures, documentation 3 days prior. The Last attempt from DAZUMA was, oh sorry your 2 fixtures are still in production , we will ship them soon. We will give you a $50.00 credit to hire an electrician to install a cord on the fixture you did receive. OMG are you kidding me!! I ultimately had to dispute my CC to get a refund. This company is shady and lacks integrity. DO NOT ORDER FROM DAZUMA!
