Purchased a starter from this company for a small engine, through Amazon. Installed it and it spins but will not engage. Went to Amazon website and was referred to DB Electrical. Customer service (a joke) informed me I need to institute replacement through Amazon. Pass the buck back and forth and I am out 95 bucks. The DB Electrics rep was rude, condescending and arrogant. This is my last purchase of a product sold by them, and my business is engine and vehicle repairs. If I treated my customers as this man did, I would not be in business long !
