Customer service and shipping were excellent. The alternator was a bit tougher to locate but they found it quickly (2006 3500 GMC Sierra Duramax). The only issue I have is that the box containing the alternator did not say "DB" on it. It said "J&N CHINA" on it. Time will tell if this unit lasts as long as a previous unit I had bought for my Ford Bronco many years ago.
