The initial communication I received was merely a warning, not a final enforcement decision. Still, my profits were seized without specifying any particular trades that violated the terms after the bonus was removed. The responses from support were generic and failed to address the main issue regarding bonus acceptance or consent. From my experience, this practice seems unfair and lacks transparency. I recommend that traders exercise caution with bonuses and keep thorough documentation of all interactions.
