Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had while trying to address an issue on behalf of their client. The staff ended the call when I legally questioned a parking charge notice I received. They claimed they couldn't resolve the issue and simply said goodbye. From start to finish, I was met with various excuses from both the parking agency and the debt collection agency. It seems they lack knowledge of the law and proper customer service. Fortunately, my parking charge was rescinded due to valid reasoning, but I will report this behavior.
