I have been a costumer for several years. I have not suffered any incident, except delays in deliveries caused by the poor quality of shippment service used by DC for Spain (Seur-DPD group).It is true that customer service is not very good. They tell you that they will respond by mail for a certain period of time and it may be several weeks before they get an answer.I advise buying something only if you are 100% sure of your size, so that you do not have to deal with your bad customer service.
