Customer service is of no help. I ordered boots that were very small, despite ordering the size that I always wear. Return policy is a joke, no return postage provided. Had to spend a 1/4 of what the boots cost me to send them back or drop them off at a retail store. Of course there is no retail store in the Chicagoland area. They should really re-think there eCommerce return strategy as it currently won't be sustainable in comparison to retailers like Amazon.
