If I could cancel my Beano subscription with immediate effect I would definitely do so. My grandchildren love the comic but 3 out of 4 of the most recent issues have failed to reach them. I have contacted the helpline numerous times over a 10 day period but every agent just tries to fob me off, insisting that I need to "give it a few more days". Totally unwilling to investigate or to provide me with the info needed to investigate myself. Also unwilling to provide details of a named individual responsible for dealing with complaints.
