The magazine I subscribed to as a Christmas present for my granddaughter ceased publication in March. They sent an email in April saying they would refund the remaining subscription in 28 days. I've phoned and emailed since to no avail. I have today received another email saying I will be refunded in 28 working days. Digital refunds take hours not weeks. I don't hold out much hope of ever getting my money back and my granddaughter hasn't had her magazines.
