Purchased a subscription for a weekly magazine with the promise we would get it earlier than purchasing it from a shop. 90% of the time the magazine never arrived it was between 10-14 days after the release date it arrived. Would ring up every time an issue was missing. The last time I rang the customer service was terrible he claimed it was not the Company's fault it was the post office, just kept repeating this like a robot.Cannot wait for the subscription to run out so I can purchase from a reliable source
