Ordered a magazine subscription, took a few months to actually start sending me the publication. As part of the subscription offer, I was offered a beauty box if I paid a higher price. I never received it. When I complained, they said it was out of stock. They did offer to reduce the subscription price to compensate but as the magazine content was pretty rubbish anyway, I chose to cancel. It took them a week to finally respond to confirm cancellation. Just pretty poor all round.
