Hats off to Brenda, Duda, Erika, and Tanya at the the Franklin Branch. I had an outstanding experience at this branch because of them and truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received.
The team was welcoming from the start, took the time to understand what I needed, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I could tell they genuinely care about their customers and work well together as a team.
