I have been a member of DCU for 5-10 years, and I really like this bank. I have an account at another bank, and this one is much better. Better rates on CDs, easier to renew at CD (when it matures) at the same or best rate. It defaults to the best rate at the same term. My other bank moves you to a lower interest rate by default unless you go in.You don't have to wait long when you go into the bank in person for something, and everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and competent.
