UPDATE: It has been a month since they allowed TWELVE duplicate charges on my account. Two weeks later they refunded me ONE of the TWELVE charges. They still owe me almost $400 but think I should wait another 2-3 weeks for them to correct the mistake in correcting their mistake. WOW. Time to move all of my checking (two), savings (three) and loan (two) accounts to a credit union that ISN'T trying to be Bank of America.Fraud protection is non existent. Staff is incompetent and at times rude.These guys let 12 duplicate charges go through within an hour costing me over $400, then they only refund me ONE charge, have to re file the claim, and tell me I can wait another 2-3 weeks for the return of my money. No instant return granted because I should just use my savings to cover it. WHAT?!?!I have multiple accounts as well as loans here and have been a customer over a decade. This is a horrible way to treat a customer, not to mention I have to call to get updates every week. NOT ONE PERSON has called to update or follow up. This is credit union service? No, this is a big box bank now, and it is CLEARLY time to take my $ elsewhere.
