Bought a Kobra 2 Pro about 10 months ago, worked really fine, until i got some leveling error. Customer service responded very quickly, was always kind and helpful and after locating the error, they even sent me a replacement mainboard real quick. After installing it just works fine like day one. Thanks again, i am really glad!To add, it was my first 3D printer ever, really easy to install and printing looks awesome. Was so happy i even bought the next model (Kobra 3 V2)!Can recommend, simple to maintain, fast and nice results.
