I found Arundel Militaria on a google search and saw that they had quite a few old spec deactivated guns. The Rifle I Picked was a 1913 Swedish Mauser m/96 deactivated in 1987. It arrived well packed and the staff will you help to organize the day when you can receive the rifle. However, there was a slight issue with a few things that need to be with the rifle not being sent but they informed me quickly and sent the bits on special delivery. This is where some issues crept in and the quality of the company I was dealing with really shined through. Royal Mail have been messing the parcel about and haven’t really been very informative. When I let Tim at Arundel know, he spent an hour on the phone with Royal Mail resolving the issues. Furthermore before I purchased the rifle, he told me all the info I need and answered all the questions I threw at him. Absolute Top Bloke!As for the rifle itself, it’s absolutely perfect and in truly incredible condition for something that’s 112 years old!
